BREMER RETURNS FOR THIRD SEASON

Right-Hander Closing in on Club History

Right-hander Noah Bremer will be returning for a third season with the Lancaster Stormers, it was announced today by manager Ross Peeples.

He is the 19th player and 11th pitcher under contract with the Stormers for the 2026 season.

Bremer, 29, has compiled a 20-11 record with the Stormers over the past two seasons, becoming only the second hurler in Stormers franchise history to have multiple 10-win seasons.  The Berkeley, California native was 10-7 during the 2024 campaign, ranking among the Atlantic League’s top five in wins, ERA (4.06) and strikeouts (132).  After opening last season in Mexico, Bremer put together another 10-win season, going 10-4 as the Stormers again won the second half and advanced to the playoffs.

The former University of Washington standout is within five strikeouts of catching Ben Fritz for the fifth spot on the Stormers career list.  He needs five wins to climb into a three-way tie for fourth in that category.

In 301.2 innings of work as a Stormer, Bremer has struck out 283 while walking only 103.

After being selected by the Texas Rangers in the sixth round of the 2017 draft, Bremer posted a 17-15 mark over five seasons in the Texas system.  He peaked at Class AA Frisco.

He won 16 games and posted a 2.88 ERA over his three seasons with the Huskies.

“Bremer has had success over his two years here,” said Peeples.  “He knows the league and knows our expectations as an organization.  He is a dependable start who knows how to pitch and gives us depth into the game.”

The Stormers open their 2026 season at York on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30.  Three nights later, the curtain will be lifted on Penn Medicine Park when the club takes on the Long Island Ducks at 6:45.
