"My son really enjoyed the camp, he has really taken Coach Steffy's challenges to heart and has chosen to read rather than play video games several times over the last few days, including during inside recess when all of his friends were playing on ipads."
"Thank you for an amazing clinic...he is learning so much and is prepared for baseball tryout! The clinic is awesome!"
"Amazing program tonight - my son was talking about your points the entire trip back home to Philly. Thanks again for putting it together and we would certainly attend any other event you run"
"Thank you again for the fabulous Winter Workouts. My son's goal for the past year has been to make the Township 10u Travel team and we found out last night, he did! I truly believe coming to your workouts throughout January pushed him over the edge and helped him put the final piece of his hitting together."
"We really appreciate your coaching and leadership of the kids. We especially value that you are teaching being good humans as much as you teach them the game."
"Thank you so much for everything you have done for my son we have seen so much growth this winter! You are an amazing coach! We will see you around the park we go a lot"
"We were at the park today - great to see a win! My son is HOOKED on the Stormers after that camp. Thanks again".
"My son learns so much from your camps (definitely more than at his baseball practices!).
He had his first kid pitch game last night and was starting pitcher!"
"I want to let you know my Grandson and Husband enjoyed themselves greatly for this clinic.
They learned quite a bit and I wish we would have done something like this when he was younger to help him develop better baseball habits."
"Thank you again for your time last evening. It was amazing to see how the kids paid attention to you and were very focused listening to you during that time. The kids seemed to gain more in one evening with you then in the months of practice we have had so far in the season. The evening was also a encouragement to the kids through what you had to say and your actions.
It seems so different now as a coach then when I was a kid playing for E-town. Now kids have the distractions of video games and there is a build up of other sports that I feel part of my mission is to keep things interesting for the kids and to encourage the kids. I saw a number of kids so far this season drop out because they did not make the higher section at tryouts and like you mentioned, I encourage the kids to not let the fact that they are on Section 3 right now define them.
I appreciate your time and wish you the very best in the upcoming season. "
"The boys have come a long way from the start of the month and have really enjoy working with you! "
"I just wanted to thank you and your team for an awesome experience with this camp. Our son has been doing great with your challenges! He's been a huge help with our 1 year old, and a good big brother to our 5 year old. He has also helped out with chores around the house like taking the trash out without complaining! Thanks for all that you guys do."
"I just wanted to drop a line of gratitude. A huge thank you to you and the staff for another awesome experience for my son. Your program undoubtedly provides the highest level of instruction in the area. More importantly, your attention and focus on guiding the boys with decision making takes what y’all do to a whole other level. Thanks for all you do and I’m sure we will be engaging in some summer workouts."
Thank you so much for working with Sam! I especially liked the emphasis on throwing in a way to reduce injuries. Sam said that usually after throwing practice his arm hurts, but today it did not hurt, so the mechanics you and Ross taught were really helpful!
"Thanks again so much for a wonderful time. My son had such a fun day and I’m happy to report the he just made the varsity baseball team at school, so he’s getting ready to play that this spring season. We will definitely signing him up again for any classes that you will offer in the future."
"My son Miles, really enjoyed this camp day! He was a little nervous going into it but was so excited then that he said he wants to do it again next year! I really liked that you broke the large group into different areas to work on specific skills. I also liked that the head coach had a good sense of humor working with the young players, yet still was stern when needing their attention!
My son was telling me on the car ride home the importance of using a "crocodile chomp" when fielding the ball into his glove and using his other hand to hold it in place. The next day was his t-ball game and he said "Mom did you see how fast I was running when I was pumping my arms?"
I love that he was able to grasp some concepts from camp at the age of 5 and use them on the field! Thanks for a great camp day for Miles!"
