BIO:

Ross Peeples brings a deep-rooted legacy and winning pedigree to the Lancaster Stormers. After joining the organization in its first Atlantic League season (2005) as a pitcher, Peeples appeared in a franchise-record 374 games over 10 seasons, excelling as both starter and reliever. In 2014, Peeples retired from playing after helping guide the team to its second championship and immediately transitioned to bench coach. Two years later, he was named Stormers manager and made history by being named Atlantic League Manager of the Year in his debut season, leading the team to a league-best record despite heavy roster turnover. Under his leadership, the Stormers captured back-to-back Atlantic League titles in 2022 and 2023. On July 17, 2025, Peeples earned his 500th managerial win, becoming just the ninth manager in league history to reach that milestone. Off the field, Peeples is known for his strong character, team-first leadership style, and steadfast commitment to the Lancaster community, earning recognition as a respected ambassador of both the club and the league
