Hands on House Teams Up with Cylo

Kids Museum Becomes Mascot’s New Hangout

Cylo, the Lancaster Barnstormers’ lovable mascot, has some new best friends and another place to hang out, besides, of course, Clipper Magazine Stadium.

Hands On House, a local children’s educational, interactive museum, is sponsoring Cylo and his various adventures, in and out of the ballpark, during the 2017 season.

“We are excited to have Hands on House as the presenting sponsor of Cylo. It’s the perfect relationship between an amazing interactive kids museum, Hands-on House, and our beloved Mascot, Cylo.  Our recent visits to Hands-on House have proved the perfect fit with the excitement from both the children and adults when Cylo walks through their main doors,” said Mike Reynolds, Lancaster Barnstormers’ general manager.

Cylo will be on hand at Hands On House, located at 721 Landis Valley Road, on Tuesday, April 25th at 11am to be formally introduced to his new pals.  Meanwhile, Hands on House will be giving free tickets to the museum to all youngsters who join the Barnstormers kids club, the Barnyard Bunch, in 2017.

They will also be bringing some of their educational displays to Clipper Magazine Stadium for a number of home games during the 2017 campaign.  Kids can look forward to the Hands On House activities at the stadium on those selected nights through the summer.

“I can’t wait to spend the spring and summer with these cool new friends at Hands on House,” Cylo said through an interpreter.  “But what would really be cool would be having my stadium friends join me!”
