Area baseball players – here is your chance to pursue your dreams.

Peeples and his staff will be on hand to look for the tools and skill levels necessary to compete at the Atlantic League level.

Position players will be tested for the basic tools during the morning hours.  The coaching staff will be gauging speed, arm, swings and defense during a series of drills that will include infield and batting practice as well as a 60-yard dash.

Pitchers will start at noon.  They will each get to throw one inning during a scrimmage game that will be held at 1:00 PM.

Athletes who have reached their 18^th birthday and have completed high school are welcome to attend the tryout.  No previous professional baseball experience is necessary, although players who have played in the pro ranks before are invited to attend. Players with NCAA eligibility can’t attend.
